Refund shall only be initiated post a service evaluation call (SEC). SEC is the process of understanding the reason behind the refund request, analysing course consumption percentage & various other related parameters. In case the SEC outcome is unsatisfactory, SDS LLP reserves the right to decline the refund request.

Refunds will not be issued to members who have consumed the courses, utilised their bonus clarity call and remained in the community for more than 15 days. By accessing these benefits, members acknowledge full acceptance of the program’s value and waive eligibility for refunds.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community without prior notice if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, misaligned with the community’s values, or creates an unpleasant or unsafe environment for other members. This includes, but is not limited to, bad conduct, creating chaos, or violating the principles of mutual respect and collaboration. Such decisions are final and made at our sole discretion to uphold the integrity and well-being of the community.
